Thin film is a key role in physics research as well as new material exploration and functional device application. The single crystal film experimental station is the core unit of the material gene platform. Hm-SC2 research group undertakes the construction of combined laser deposition cluster and rapid characterization instrument cluster, and develops the high-throughput preparation and characterization technology to more quantum material systems. At present, the experimental station has taken shape and carried out deep cooperative research with some teams.
